We design and construct industrial concrete floors using our proprietary admixture and polypropylene fibresto withstand heavy loads, abrasion, chemical exposure, and other extreme conditions typically found in industrial environment. These floors are used in factories, warehouses, manufacturing plants, and other industrial facilities where heavy equipment and machinery are installed.
The construction of fibre reinforce concrete (FRC) flooring has a multi-step process where high performance concrete is used to construct the concrete floor using our proprietary admixture CC100 based on nano technology and a blend of polypropylene macro-micro fibres.
After the curing period, theconcrete surface is treated with a densifier. The result of this chemical reaction is a more tightly packed, denser concrete surface, which is less porous and more resistant to wear and tear. The densification process can also improve the appearance of the concrete, as it can help to create a smooth glossy polished surface.
Polished concrete floors may look as smooth as glass, but they are completely safe to walk on when kept clean and dry. What's more, they tend to be less slippery than waxed or polished marble.
